Gästrike återvinnare is an association of municipalities (five municipalities 200 km north of Stockholm). We are responsible for the waste management in the region (150 000 inhabitants). Recycling is a global movement. Not only from a social and environmental point of view, but also from an economic point of view. We are experts in modern Waste management. GA supports companies and communities in achieving the three major cycles of sustainable development and encourages different cities and municipalities to work together to be effective. We are a organization that tries to be ahead. We are working with this issues both regional, national and international. A reference structure in the field of waste management, it manages 13 recycling centers and a recycling service.

The Rural Hub was first established as an association in 2012. It was set up by a group of education, training and rural development professionals as a response to the impact of the economic crisis on small rural villages and towns in Ireland. As a direct consequence of the recession that followed the crisis many rural areas experienced higher unemployment than their urban counterparts and many residents became more and more isolated due to the difficult financial conditions that pertained.

CARDET is one of the leading research and development centers in the Mediterranean region with global expertise in project design and implementation, capacity building and elearning. CARDET is independently affiliated with universities and institutions from around the world, such as the Yale University, the University of Nicosia and the International Council of Educational Media.  The CARDET team has successfully participated in more than 200 projects in more than 40 countries, several of which were supported by the European Commission, the United Nations Development Program, Microsoft, The Commonwealth of Learning, international agencies and governments around the world. One of our core-strengths is our ability to carefully plan, implement, execute and evaluate projects in various contexts. Lancaster & Morecambe College (LMC) is a public sector college of General Further Education and the main provider of Vocational and Adult Education and Training in North Lancashire and South Cumbria. It annually has around 1500 full-time students & 3000+ part-time or work based students.

We have around 500 staff who all support each other in shared projects. LMC’s main role is to provide training in vocational skills to students of all ages and ability levels, leading to employment and/or academic skills leading to a place in higher education. LMC welcomes students of all ages
and has well established courses in basic skills as well as initial teacher training and a range of business courses.

The Center for Training and Research INNEO is a registered association acting in Rzeszow (Poland), which was founded on the initiative of trainers, researchers and vocational advisors who decided to work for the education and training for social and economic development. INNEO was established in 2011 and for nearly two years prior to the registration, acted as simple association, carrying out activities such as lectures, workshops and classes on a variety of topics, with big focus on IT and entrepreneurship. Most of the activities were performed in the framework of Polish program Human Capital, focused on fighting unemployment and raising competences needed on the labour market. In 2013 the association’s activities have changed from local projects to initiatives on European level.
